“Pamela is an amazing Realtor!! When I decided to purchase a home, I warned Pamela in advance that I was going to be very picky! I wanted to find the perfect home for me. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, or what to expect, and I didn’t even know if I wanted a new home or a previously owned home. All I knew was that I was looking for a very clean house in the Roseville area. I wanted an open floorplan that was “move-in ready” with very specific upgrades, and I needed to stay within my budget. “My husband Erik and I knew we were going to be selling our home in a soft real estate market. We didn’t have a choice however, since he was graduating from UC Davis Law School and his job was located in San Francisco.
After taking a walk around our neighborhood in Briggs Ranch (Folsom) in the spring of 2006 we saw a home for sale with Pamela’s sign. The sign read “Coming Soon” which we thought was good advertising. The next week on our walk we saw a “Sale Pending” sign on that same house! We commented that we needed to contact Pamela to sell our house, and when it came time a year later, that’s just what we did! Pamela expertly advised us on the many repairs and improvements we needed to make to our house to sell it quickly. We spent 6 months preparing it and she stayed in contact along the way, even coming over to look at paint chips and comment on our progress. Her assistant Victoria was also alway available and ready to drop by at a moment’s notice.

In fact, we listed on Thursday and accepted an offer on Saturday! Pamela and Victoria didn’t stop there! They had a lot ot do through our 45 day escrow, and everything worked out perfectly. “My wife and I had been working with Pamela for a few months looking to buy a home in the Greater Sacramento Area. A job opportunity then caused us to relocate to New Jersey just as the real estate market began to soften.
